About Me

I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The City University of New York. I completed postdoctoral training at Access Institute and pre-doctoral training at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. My preferred pronouns are she/ her/hers.

I see people with mood and anxiety disorders, people struggling with interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, grief, career or creative blocks, and concerns at the intersection of minority identities. I have specialized training in trauma—particularly trauma originating in childhood.  I also have specialized training in addiction and geropsychology. As someone who has worked in inpatient hospital and residential settings, I have helped people navigate mental health crises and can hold the tension between life saving measures and collaborative crisis management where hospitalization prevention is the ultimate goal.  Last but not least, as an affiliate of MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) I am deeply interested in helping people who have had psychedelic experiences explore, integrate, and seal in the insights and lessons offered by these profound medicines.
